1. Organizer is obliged to assign the forward mentioned stand to the exhibitor, for the promotion of exclusive products or services, three days before the fair opening.
2. It is absolute forbidden the exhibits transfer within the last 12hours before the fair opening.
3. At the forward mentioned rent stand all the expenses are included, which the organizer pays for the organizing and functioning of the fair. If per-chance the exhibitor wants to modify its stand, the expenses are put on the exhibitor and with no way they are not involved for reducing the agreed charge.
4. The organizers hold the right to transfer the exhibitor to another fair centre or area with the same dimensions or chance the dates of the fair, due to an action of God (earthquake, destruction, war, selection, flood, etc), so long as this is necessary for the fair organizing.
5. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify the organizers due to every responsibility against the owners of the fair centre, every public authority or Greek government and every other exhibitor, compared with every of his acts or his employees or agents for any kind of damage.
6. The surcharge and payment of the products transferring to and from the stand, the products delivery, the standing and the dismantling of the stand, is exhibitors responsibility.
7. All the materials, which the organizer will use for construction in the renting centre and also for the appearance of it, are property of the organizer and the exhibitors have no right of possession on them.
8. Organizers have the right to refuse:
A. Exhibits that are huge and may be dangerous or they can cause damage or general exhibits that for other reasons are unsuitable.
B. Exhibits that are not produced or represented from the exhibitor or from the subsidiary company.
C. The stands are rented exclusive to the exhibitor or his representatives, after prearrangement with the organizers.
D. It is not permitted the sub-renting or the use of any area from those that are not exhibitors.
9.
A. After the stand reservation the exhibitors are not allowed to cancel their participation for any reason.
B. In case that - for any reason - the exhibitors will not deliver their stand which is reserved for them
i. they are not released from their obligation to pay down the equivalent that had been agreed for the whole organizers services
ii.organizers are entitled to dispose the stand to another exhibitor on their free will, without losing the right to ask the whole agreed equivalent from the exhibitor whom refused to deliver the stand.
C. The organizers hold the right to arrange the working hours of the fair.
10. The payment must be done in three deposits:
a. 1st deposit-30% of the rent-, will be paid with the application for renting the stand.
b. 2nd deposit -30%- three months before the fair opening.
c. 3rd deposit - 40% - one month before the fair opening.
11. For the stand delivery from the exhibitor, a note from the organizer is demanded that the exhibitor has settled his obligations against the organizers.
12. The organizers have absolutely no responsibility for any damage or destruction due to any reason for the fair items or products. The exhibitors should cover with an insurance contract.
FAIR REGULATION
General
The regulations for the stand construction and the forms with the additional special instructions are part of the fair regulations which are recognized with the sign on the contract.
Organizers hold the right to fill or change the fair regulations, the participation terms and the regulations for the stand construction.
Package
The exhibit packages must be moved from the fair area until 18.00 the previous day of the fair opening.
Security
The fair areas are guarded day and night. Organizers have no responsibility for items that the exhibitors lose and they don’t undertake indemnities for destruction or exhibits theft.
Fire-protection regulations
Police, fire brigade, industrial inspection, public authorities and organizers representatives, have the right to turn around to all the stands all the hours.
Every inflammable item is not allowed to be used or remain at the stands.
Electric supply
Lighting will exist at the halls and the surroundings areas of the fair. All the electric installations of the stands will be executed from registered electricians after forwarding the proper forms of water and electric supply.
The applications are submitted to the technical office of the organizers not later than 5 weeks before the opening, so the timely completion of the constructions can be achieved.
Exposition and Machines Demonstration and equipment.
The exhibitor as manufacturer or importer of technical equipment is obliged to supply all the machines which are ready for use, with all the proper accessories with the related technical terms, so to prevent any danger for the machines handlers or the fair visitors.
The organizers hold the right to stop the machine functioning any time they consider that exists danger or bother other exhibitors or fair visitors.
Cleaning
The corridor cleaning is undertaken with organizers expenses. If the exhibitors wish their stand cleaning or exhibits cleaning, they should schedule it.
Stand dismantling.
It is general rule that the exhibits should not be moved for the stands, neither the stands should close early -partially or totally before the fair ending, for the service of buyers and fair visitors. The exhibits can be transferred to and from the fair areas after the arrangement of the exhibit account. In case no other agreement was made the exhibits must be transferred from the stands until the 2nd day after the fair ending. If the dismantling is not timely the organizers undertake with the exhibitors expenses. Organizers have no obligation for actions of that kind. Organizers don’t undertake any responsibility for exhibits that have not been timely transferred from the fair area.
Responsible courts for any disagreement are the Greek courts.
